JobArcher Auto-Apply

Applies to the jobs you accepted in JobArcher: fills each application form from your JobArcher profile and submits it.

jobarcher Auto-Apply fills in and submits application forms for jobs you have already accepted on jobarcher (https://jobarcher.in). It does not find jobs on its own and never applies to a job you have not accepted. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in at jobarcher.in and finish your profile (name, email, phone, location, resume). 2. Accept the jobs you want to apply to on jobarcher. 3. Open the extension, click "Open jobarcher" to connect your account, and untick any jobs you want to skip. 4. Press Apply. The extension opens each application, fills in the details from your saved profile and resume, and shows a countdown bar before submitting. You can cancel at any time. Cancel leaves the page untouched and does not submit. 5. Submitted applications are marked as applied on your jobarcher tracker. WHAT IT FILLS Name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, location, and your saved resume. It also answers other form questions (dropdowns, yes/no, short text) when the answer is already in your jobarcher profile or resume. It supports forms inside iframes, multi-page forms, Google Forms, and Microsoft Forms. WHAT IT LEAVES FOR YOU Voluntary self-identification questions (gender, race, ethnicity, disability, veteran status) are never answered or sent anywhere. Work authorisation, salary, notice period, and free-text questions are left blank unless your jobarcher account already holds a real answer. If a required field falls into one of these groups, the extension stops before submitting and brings the tab to the front so you can finish it. PRIVACY The extension has no separate sign-up or password. It only runs on application pages it opens itself for jobs you chose, and does not read or record other sites you browse. Only the form question and its choices are sent to your jobarcher account to find your saved answer. Requires a jobarcher account (https://jobarcher.in).
