Overview

Reads each job posting that could fit, judges it against your rules and applies to the ones that fit. Never asks for a password.

JobAgent applies to jobs for you — only the ones that fit what you wrote down. You write your rules once: the roles you want, where, the contract, the lowest salary you will take, the employers you refuse. You press Find and apply. JobAgent searches the job boards you allow, reads in full every posting that could fit, judges it against your rules, and fills in and sends the application for the ones that fit, with the right CV. • Every refusal names the rule that refused it. • An application counts as sent once its form is filled in and sent; when the employer's page shows no confirmation, it says so. • Anything it cannot answer honestly — a question about you it does not know — is put to you, never guessed. • It never asks for your existing job-board passwords. You sign in to your boards yourself, in your own browser. • It can show you each application before it goes: never, the first three of each search, or every one. • It keeps each board under its limits: at most 25 applications a day through a board's own form, two minutes apart. • English, French and Spanish. It works with the main job boards and with the application forms employers host on their own sites. About the store's privacy labels: "Authentication information" covers passwords JobAgent generates for employer accounts you allow it to create, and verification codes you provide for an application. Generated passwords are stored encrypted and can be viewed or forgotten in Settings. The extension does not read your browser's cookies. "Web history" covers the job and application URLs it records for your applications; it does not collect your general browsing history. What you will see: while it works, your browser shows a yellow bar, "JobAgent started debugging this browser". That is Chrome's notice for the one permission that lets JobAgent work in a window you never see, instead of opening windows on your screen. Leave it open: pressing Cancel on it pauses the applications. Your screen is kept awake while it works. Free: 5 applications a day, no card. Privacy: https://188-34-193-14.sslip.io/privacy
