ou can do more of these jobs than the words suggest. Your CV says "authored the validation package". The posting says "experience in a regulated environment". Those describe the same work and share almost no words — keyword matching cannot see it. Job Tracker saves the posting in one click and has Claude read it against your CV as prose, then shows you where the two meet, which of the posting's words yours never used, and what to lead with when you apply. SAVE A save button on postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby; the popup saves any other job page. Title, company, location, salary, seniority and required skills arrive already filled in — read from the posting by a language model, not scraped with per-site rules that break the next time a board changes its layout. Anything it is unsure of is flagged for your review rather than guessed at. READ Every saved posting is read against your CV: strengths that each name the role on your CV behind them, gaps sorted into bridgeable and real, and the angle to apply with. Not a score out of a hundred — a judgement you can argue with, that points at the evidence for every claim it makes. DECIDE A board from bookmarked through applied, interviewing and offer; a list view where every filter is a link you can bookmark; an agenda of what is overdue, what closes this week and what has gone quiet; notes, contacts and a checklist per application. When you are ready to apply, the CV you tailored for a posting and the letter drafted from it are frozen with the application, so you always know what you sent.
