Job Location Check
Overview
Checks that techs' trucks reached the job address using ServiceTitan and Fleet GPS.
Job Location Check helps dispatchers and operations managers confirm that each technician's truck actually reached the customer's address and stayed there for the time ServiceTitan says they were on the job. Open your ServiceTitan Dispatch Board, click the extension, and it checks every dispatched or arrived call against the truck's GPS history in Fleet Complete (Unity Fleet). Results are sorted with the problem calls first, so you can review them quickly. WHAT IT CHECKS - Verified: the truck was at the address when the arrival was logged and stayed until the call was completed. - Time mismatch: the truck reached the address at a different time than the arrival was logged. - Never reached: the tech was marked arrived, but the truck never came near the address. - Left early: the truck left the address well before the call was completed. - Time off site: ServiceTitan shows the tech on the job, but the truck was away from the address for longer than your limit. - En route / At address, no arrival: for calls that are dispatched but not yet marked arrived. TIME ON THE JOB VS. TIME AT THE ADDRESS For each call, see how many minutes ServiceTitan says the tech was on the job, how many minutes the truck was at the address, how many it was away, and how many minutes had no GPS data. The extension does not guess when GPS is missing. WHERE THE TRUCK WENT When a truck was away from its job, the extension lists where it stopped: the supply houses on your own list first (edit the list in Options), then gas stations, restaurants and stores. EXPORT TO A SPREADSHEET Download the results as a CSV file, or copy them and paste straight into Google Sheets. Columns include job number, tech, truck unit, address, result, ServiceTitan arrival and completion times, minutes on the job, minutes at the address, minutes away, where the truck stopped, plus blank Reviewed and Notes columns for your follow-up. LIVE ALERTS (OPTIONAL) Keep a Dispatch Board tab open and the extension checks every few minutes. You can be alerted when: - A truck leaves a job that is still open (after a delay you choose). - A call has been in progress longer than a set number of minutes, with the names of the techs on it. - Calls are still in progress after a time of day you choose. Alerts can appear as a Chrome notification, a Google Chat message, or an email through a Google Apps Script you set up. Techs riding in the same truck get one combined alert. SETUP 1. Install the extension and open Options. 2. Enter your Fleet Complete username and password. 3. Optional: import your truck list (a CSV with unit numbers and drivers) so techs can be matched to trucks when names differ. 4. Open the ServiceTitan Dispatch Board and click the extension. BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD DISPATCHING - Matches techs to trucks by name, by an alias you enter, or by truck unit number. - Uses the date shown on the Dispatch Board. - Handles calls that were re-dispatched and covers techs sharing one truck. - Adjustable radius, time window and alert settings. PRIVACY - Your Fleet Complete login is stored only in your browser and sent only to Fleet Complete. - Dispatch Board data is read in your browser. - Job addresses are converted to map coordinates using OpenStreetMap, or Google if you add your own key. If a truck was off its job, the coordinates of its stops are sent to OpenStreetMap to look up business names. You can turn this off. - There is no developer server. The developer does not collect, sell or share your data. REQUIREMENTS You need your own ServiceTitan and Fleet Complete accounts.
