Fills job applications from your saved profile and tailors your CV and cover letter to each job. You always submit yourself.

Job Form Filler fills in job applications from a profile you set up once, and can write a CV and cover letter tailored to each job. It never submits anything: you review every application and click Submit yourself. HOW IT WORKS • Set up your profile once: contact details, education, work history, right to work, notice period, salary expectations, and your answers to common application questions. • Open a job application and click the Job Form Filler icon. The side panel scans the form and shows what it can fill from your profile. • Click Fill. Questions it isn't sure about are left for you to answer. • Attach your CV and cover letter from your saved documents. • Multi-step applications work too: fill one step, go to the next page, and scan again. TAILORED CV AND COVER LETTER Save a master CV once. For each job, Job Form Filler reads the job description and writes a one-page CV and a one-page cover letter as PDFs, ready to preview, download and attach. It only uses facts from your master CV. If it can't back a claim with your own words, it stops and asks you to add the details. Tailoring is optional: you can skip it and just fill the form. YOUR DATA • You need an account. Your profile, saved answers and documents are stored encrypted on our servers. • Job Form Filler only reads a job site after you give it access to that site. • When you choose to tailor a CV, your career history and the job description are sent to an AI service to write the documents. The name and contact details from your CV header are not sent. • You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings.
