When you're on a job application page, click Auto Fill. Job Buddy scans the page, matches each field to your profile, and fills every supported field. Each filled field is color-coded so you know exactly what to review before submitting. 🟢 Green – Filled with high confidence. 🟡 Yellow – Filled successfully but worth a quick review. 🔴 Red – Job Buddy wasn't confident enough to fill this field. Click the field to choose the correct value. ⚪ Gray – Your profile doesn't contain this information yet. Click the field to see your options. Made a mistake? Click Undo to instantly remove everything Job Buddy filled. Learns From Your Corrections If you manually choose a different value, Job Buddy remembers your choice for that website. Future autofills become more accurate over time. Handles Missing Information If your profile is missing information for a detected field, Job Buddy tells you exactly what's missing and opens the correct section of your profile. After updating your profile, simply return to the application tab. Missing fields are filled automatically without running Auto Fill again, and your existing filled fields remain unchanged. Resume Upload Support Store your CV or resume in the Documents section and Job Buddy will attach it to supported upload fields automatically. No drag and drop. No searching through folders. Permissions Storage Used to save your profile locally. Tabs Used to send the Auto Fill command to the current page and open the relevant profile section when information is missing. Job Buddy also requests permission to access web pages so it can recognize and fill job application forms. Nothing happens until you click Auto Fill.
