The extension searches OnlineJobs.ph, reviews job posts, and presents recommendations with details that may need verification. Browse Jobs lets you scan a results page, filter listings, and save interesting jobs to a shortlist. Keep search history and explicitly saved jobs for later review. WRITE APPLICATIONS IN YOUR OWN STYLE Extract job details and generate an editable subject and application message using your saved profile and Ollama Cloud. Add extra instructions and improve an existing draft before sending. Choose from 15 message styles, including: - Be Honest - Humble and Confident - Transferable Skills - Willing to Learn - Show Real Examples - Short and Simple - Concise Professional - Friendly and Human - Career Changer / Entry-Level Be Honest asks the AI to use plain, modest language, focus on supported strengths, and acknowledge known relevant gaps without overselling. All styles instruct the AI to avoid invented qualifications, experience, achievements, and results. Improving a draft also asks the AI to remove or soften unsupported claims. AI can still make mistakes, so check each draft against your actual experience. PREPARE AND REVIEW In Apply, the extension can check the current job and prepare a draft automatically. You can stop preparation, review the result, and choose whether to fill the checked application fields. You can also prepare editable drafts for up to 10 saved jobs in a batch, review their status, and set planned Apply Points. The extension flags detected issues such as closed posts or requirements that need your input. Autofill supports Subject, Message, Contact Info, and Apply Points. The extension never clicks Send or submits an application automatically. Review the completed form and send it yourself on OnlineJobs.ph. PROFILE AND WORKSPACE - Save your skills, work experience, target roles, portfolio links, and other profile details. - Use the AI Profile JSON helper to prepare profile information with ChatGPT or another AI, then review and save the imported fields. - Copy drafts and keep recent application history. - Export and import profile, settings, message guidance, and application history backups. - Work in a popup or Chrome side panel. GET STARTED 1. Open Settings and enter an accurate applicant profile. 2. Open the LLM tab and add your own Ollama Cloud API key. 3. Test the connection and save your settings. 4. Search for jobs or open an OnlineJobs.ph job post. 5. Choose a message style, prepare your draft, and review it before filling or sending. An Ollama account and your own API key are required for AI features. Create an account at https://ollama.com/signup and manage keys at https://ollama.com/settings/keys. DATA AND AI Profile, settings, API key, saved jobs, and history are stored locally in Chrome extension storage. Relevant job information and applicant profile details are sent to your configured Ollama Cloud connection for AI features, including job search assessment, application preparation, and draft improvement. Your API key authenticates these requests. Full settings backups include your API key. Search history, saved-job shortlists, and batch queues are not included in the profile and application-history backup exports. Keep your profile accurate. Check AI recommendations, job requirements, application wording, and Apply Points before sending.
