Video Speed Control and Volume Booster

It works, and I like the idea of combining these two functions. I took off a point because you need to fiddle with the slide to adjust speed, you can't set a couple nice presets and click on them. (you can reset to 1.0 with a click but not set other common cases). To make it worse, you can only use it when the video is running, so to go to double speed you need to click 10 times on the + button while the video is runnin
