MeetingsAI captures the audio of your Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams tab together with your microphone, transcribes the conversation with speaker labels, and writes a structured summary with key points and action items. Everything syncs to your MeetingsAI account, so finished meetings appear in the MeetingsAI app on your iPhone or Android phone automatically — nothing to export, forward, or copy. HOW IT WORKS Open your meeting in a tab (Google Meet, Zoom web client, or Teams web) and click the MeetingsAI icon. Click "Record" in the side panel. Both the meeting audio and your own mic are captured, so the transcript covers every side of the conversation. Click "Stop" when you're done. The recording is transcribed and summarized automatically — watch the progress live in the panel. If Chrome crashes, your laptop sleeps, or the browser restarts mid-meeting, MeetingsAI recovers the audio already captured and finishes processing it — a two-hour meeting is never lost to a hiccup. GOOD TO KNOW • Works with meetings running in a browser tab (Google Meet, the Zoom web client, and Microsoft Teams on the web). Calls in the standalone Zoom/Teams desktop apps are not captured. • A free MeetingsAI account is required — sign in with Google or email. Free accounts include generous limits; longer recordings and heavier usage need MeetingsAI Pro (purchased in the mobile app). • You stay in control: recording only starts when you click Record, and a red badge shows whenever recording is active. • Please make sure meeting participants know the meeting is being recorded, and check the recording-consent rules that apply in your region.
