Types your own draft into Google Docs at the speed you set, with pause and resume.

AutoType types text you already have into your Google Docs document, one character at a time, at the speed you set. Paste your draft into the side panel, click in your document, and press Start. You stay in control the whole time. It is useful for moving a finished draft into a document without paste problems, for watching long text go in at a readable pace, and for doing less repetitive typing. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Set the speed from 10 to 300 words per minute • Keep the panel open next to your document while it types • Pause by clicking in the document, pressing Esc, or using Alt+Shift+P • Save your progress and pick up where you left off after a refresh or a browser restart • Get a warning before typing the same draft into the same document twice • With a paid plan, add natural typing: speed variation, pauses at punctuation, occasional typos that are corrected right away, and short moves back to reread or retype a sentence. Set your own percentage for each one, or turn it off. • Use the panel in English or Chinese. Your text can be in any language and include emoji. WHAT YOU NEED A free RewriteMax account, which types up to 500 words a day at a steady speed. A paid plan adds natural typing and uses your plan's monthly words, the same words as rewriting. The script sends the keystrokes and pauses when you use the document. Your draft stays in your browser, and neither it nor your document's text is sent to RewriteMax, which receives only word counts and hashed identifiers.
