Open with Google Docs

It's pretty revealing when a years-old extension's developers still haven't even clearly articulated what the extension actually does. It's called "Open with Google Docs," but then also "open-with-word.freefinancetools.net," so... I'm pretty sure it's meant to either open Google Docs within Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Word .docx files within Google Docs, within some unspecified context?
