Every 30 minutes (fully customizable), your screen gently blurs and a small card appears with one randomly chosen activity: drink water, stretch, walk around, or rest your eyes. A 5-minute countdown (also adjustable) tracks your break, and a 30-second warning gives you a heads-up before each one starts. HOW IT WORKS → Pause: your screen blurs and a short warning appears 30 seconds before each break. → Observe: a randomly chosen activity is shown - hydration, stretching, walking, or eye rest - with a live countdown. → Proceed: once the break ends (or you skip it), you're right back to where you left off.
