THIS IS SO STOOPID WHY WOULD SOMEONE CREATE THIS ANNYING PIECE OF TRASH BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO CREATED THIS IS NOT LOGICAL. ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY EVEN IF ITS AN APRIL FOOLS JOKE.

Was enabled when I first installed chrome. Took such a long time to figure out how to turn it off. Really annoying because I could not work straight away after the page loaded, and it made me dizzy every time I opened a new page or website. So glad I finally managed to find out what it was and how to turn it off!
