Mind the gap, before you apply. Lacuna reads the job posting you're looking at next to your CV and tells you, in about a second, whether it's worth your time and where it doesn't fit you. Everything runs on your own computer: your CV never leaves your browser. WHAT YOU SEE FOR EVERY JOB • A fit score from 0 to 100 with a short verdict • Whether you can work where the job requires • Whether the job asks for more or less experience than you have • The posting's must-have requirements that your CV doesn't cover, line by line A RANKED LIST Every job you score is saved to a list sorted by fit, so after a morning of browsing you know which postings deserve a real application. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your CV is stored only in your browser, and the job page is read and scored on your device. There is no account and no server, and nothing is tracked. The only download is the model itself, once, from Hugging Face. TWO MODELS Celer, the default, is small and fast. Altus is the large model, for computers with a capable graphics card. Both run on your GPU through WebGPU and fall back to the processor if there isn't one. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the Lacuna icon to open the side panel. 2. Paste your CV once. Contact details are removed before it's stored. 3. Open a job posting and click "Score this page". GOOD TO KNOW Lacuna is a triage aid: it helps you decide what to read first, and it doesn't decide for you. It works best on English postings. By default it treats US-only remote roles as not open to people outside the US; contractors can change that in the settings. Lacuna is for job seekers checking their own CV.
