Overview

The enterprise acronym tool that keeps your team in sync.

Every team has its own language: project names, internal systems, customer codes, acronyms nobody explains. Senseline puts your team's glossary on every page you read, and keeps everyone in sync as it grows. HOW IT WORKS • Senseline finds the acronyms and terms on the page you're reading and outlines them with a box. • Hover over the box to see what it means at your company. • When a term has more than one meaning, the one that fits best comes first, chosen from the tags you follow and, when AI suggestions are on, by AI. • Terms your glossary doesn't know yet are marked too, so gaps get noticed, and can be added on the fly. • Open the side panel to see every term on the page in one list. • Works on intranets, wikis, ticketing systems, document editors and local PDFs (if you allow file access). BUILT FOR TEAMS • Your glossary belongs to your team. Senseline doesn't come with a built-in dictionary, so the meanings are always yours. • Everyone in your organization reads from one shared knowledge base. • Tags keep each group's terms apart, and you choose which tags to follow. PRIVACY, IN PLAIN WORDS • Signed out, Senseline sends nothing except a check that our service is up. • Signed in, we receive the terms found on a page and the site it's on (like example.com), never the full address, path or page title. • When a term's card opens and your organization has AI suggestions on, we receive up to 1,200 characters of the text around that term, so the right meaning can be picked, or one suggested for a term your glossary doesn't have. Apart from the terms themselves, that's the only page text we receive. • AI suggestions use Anthropic. We send it nothing that identifies you or your team. Admins can turn AI suggestions off. • Any website can keep Senseline out with the data-glossary-ignore attribute. • We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. • To delete your account and data, email privacy@senseline.io from your account address. We delete it within 30 days. Full policy: https://senseline.io/privacy PRICING • Free: $0. One seat, unlimited terms and unlimited tags. • Team: $4 USD per seat per month. One shared knowledge base for your whole organization, with as many seats as you buy. • Enterprise: starting at $11 USD per seat per month. Contact hello@senseline.io.
