Audit a page against WCAG 2.2 AA with several engines, see where they agree, and hand clear fixes to designers and developers.

A11Y Checker is an accessibility audit tool for people who review websites: accessibility auditors, UX and UI designers, QA and front-end developers. It checks the page you are on against WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549 (the standard behind the European Accessibility Act) with three checkers at once — axe-core, IBM Equal Access and its own checks for focus visibility, target size and link text — and merges their results by element. An issue is marked Fail only when two checkers are certain about the same element; everything else is flagged for a person to review. WHAT YOU GET • One clear list instead of three tools. Every issue explained in plain language: who it affects, how to fix it in design, how to fix it in code, and when it is done. • Design issues (D1, D2…) and code issues (C1, C2…) kept apart, with numbered places (D1.2) that match the markers on the page. • Show on page: jump to any place and see it marked. • Direct inspecting mode: hover the page to see issues at the cursor, click to open them in the panel. • Your review: Pass, Fail or N/A for a whole issue or a single place, with comments. • Filters by status, by who fixes it (design or code) and by severity (Critical, Should fix, Nice to have). • Leave findings out of the report with a checkbox. • PDF report with contents, auditor review and linked issues — "Open on page" links take developers straight to the element. • JSON export for your own tools. • Scan a hover menu or dropdown while it is open, or scan any address by link. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything runs in your browser. Pages, results and comments are never sent anywhere. No account. Anonymous usage statistics only if you say yes — never page addresses or content. Chrome asks you once per site before A11Y Checker can read it. GOOD TO KNOW Automated checks find only part of what WCAG covers.
