Will Be nice a "Clean HTML" option

Hi. I've searched for an extension just as this...
Simple, easy to use and helpful.
I want to suggest an option to remove all "trash" html code such tags properties, styles, id's classes, etc., giving a "clean" html with basic tags (p, b, emp, br, hr, etc.)
