Failed to Save!

Hello,

I have the Polar Bookshelf downloaded, the chrome extension downloaded, and I am running on a Mac.

Each time I click the Polarbookshelf extension button it says that it failed to save because the Desktop app needs to be running in the background but it is....

Am I missing something?
