I am using the same email id from which I did the payment yet I cannot connect to the Trade A1 since last 2 days. Below is the video attached . Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible and provide me the extension of the same days as soon as possible.

Not able to connect

tradea1 subscription email id and zerodha register email id was different, but i change zerodha email as per tradea1 but still not able to login.
Getting below message i mailed on support@tradea1.com but not get reply yet. Please look into this

Your broker is connected with another email!
