Period Tracker
Overview
Get to know your cycle with Period Tracker: a period calendar, self-care tips, and partner support. Fertility info is optional.
Period Tracker brings a little clarity to your menstrual cycle, right in Chrome. Check your estimated phase, see when your next period may start, and find practical suggestions for the day. Choose personal guidance for yourself or a partner-focused view to better support someone you care about. A quick check-in, close at hand Open the extension from your browser toolbar to see the current day of the recorded cycle, an estimated phase, and the expected next period date. The compact dashboard keeps everyday information together, with no account to create or separate app to open. Two perspectives, one thoughtful tool • Woman mode: track your own dates and read suggestions for self-care, rest, movement, and noticing changes. • Man mode: view your partner's dates and get ideas for checking in, offering practical help, and respecting her preferences. Partner mode uses dates entered in this browser. It does not connect to another person's account or automatically share information between devices. Your period calendar The Your cycle tab shows the current month, estimated period days, the recorded start date, and the expected next period. In partner mode, it becomes Partner's cycle, with language centered on her experience and a prompt for offering support. Use dates she has chosen to share with you. Guidance that follows the phases Browse the phase guide for short explanations and suggestions about what to try and what to avoid. Personal tips encourage you to follow how you feel. Partner tips focus on listening and asking what would help. Neither view assumes that a phase determines someone's mood, energy, ability, or wishes. Fertility information is your choice Keep the focus on period tracking, or turn on Show fertility information in settings. It is off by default in both modes. When enabled, it adds: • An estimated fertile-window card on the dashboard. • Possible fertile days highlighted in the calendar. • An estimated ovulation date and related guidance. Switch it off to hide these details and return to general wellbeing and support suggestions. Your preference stays saved when you close the popup. Set up in a few steps 1. Choose Woman or Man mode. 2. Enter the first day of the last period. 3. Set the usual cycle length; the default is 28 days. 4. Adjust the period length; the default is 5 days. 5. Choose whether to show fertility information and save. Cycle length means the number of days from the start of one period to the start of the next. Settings support 21–45 days per cycle and 1–10 days per period; these input limits are not a definition of what is medically normal. Keep the dates current Use Log a period when a new one begins, or Update her period date in partner mode. Check the date and save to refresh the estimates. You can also edit your settings whenever needed. If the expected start date passes, the tracker asks for an update instead of silently assuming a new period has begun. This version keeps the latest recorded start date, not a history of past cycles. Stored locally in your browser Your selected mode, dates, lengths, and display preference are saved locally. The extension does not send them to a server, use analytics, or read the websites you visit. There is no cloud sync. External educational links open only when clicked and are subject to those websites' own privacy practices. Control your saved information Use Clear data to remove the saved settings from this browser after confirming. Uninstalling the extension also removes its local data. Until then, your preferences remain available when you reopen it, so you do not have to repeat setup each time. Understand the estimates This is a calendar-based awareness tool, not a medical device or a method of contraception. Dates alone cannot confirm ovulation, fertility, or pregnancy, and predictions may be unreliable with irregular cycles, hormonal contraception, postpartum, breastfeeding, or perimenopause. Do not use the displayed window to decide whether sex can result in pregnancy. Seek medical care for severe pain, unusually heavy bleeding, or concerning changes. A little clarity, every day Use Period Tracker for a simple overview of your own dates or a more considerate way to support your partner. Choose the information you want to see and let real experience guide the conversation.
