As a "Systems Administrator" in a school, stuff like this is useful for us as we can tick the relevant boxes to say we monitor for Safeguarding as well as Asset control. For those moaning about "Privacy", if you're using a school-provided device and/or Google account, there is no expectation of privacy and you shouldn't think that you have any right to it.
