Overview

Fills your business's forms and supplier carts, files your receipts and looks products up for MDML. You approve each change.

MDML Connect is RoleCall's helper in your own Chrome. It does your business's chores on the websites you already use, with the info in your MDML (RoleCall) account, while you're signed in and only what you approve: it fills your filing forms, connects your website's domain, fills your supplier carts, files your receipts, looks products up for resale, and reads your own post grid for Content Studio. SIGN IN WITH ROLECALL Press the MDML Connect button, then "Sign in with RoleCall". RoleCall's own sign-in page opens; MDML Connect never sees your password. It gets a key limited to the features you approve. Sign out any time. FILL THIS PAGE Open a business form you need to fill (a state filing, a registration, a permit application), press the MDML Connect button and choose "Fill this page with my MDML info". 1. MDML Connect reads the form's blank layout: its boxes and their labels. Never what's typed in it. 2. Your MDML account sends back your business's own saved answers for those boxes. If the form needs something you haven't saved yet, it asks you once, in plain words. 3. You see every box and what goes in it before anything is typed. Press "Fill these in". 4. Every filled box is highlighted. Check each one, then press the site's own Submit yourself. It never signs, pays, submits, uploads or accepts terms for you, and never touches password, Social Security, bank or card boxes. It is a typing helper, not legal or tax advice. "Look it up" finds a public answer a box needs (your county, for example) and shows where it found it. GO THERE FOR ME AND FIND IT FOR ME For your filings (forming an LLC, registering for sales tax, a building permit), MDML Connect can open the official website and walk you to the form, page by page. Don't know where a filing is done? Type what you need ("business tax receipt") under "Find it for me": MDML finds the official government page for your business's location and shows you where it found it before anything opens. It stops at the site's review page and at any payment page. ORDER RoleCall plans what to order (your par sheet, a basket per store). Press "Fill carts now": MDML Connect opens each store in your own signed-in Chrome, finds each item, puts it in the cart in the planned amount, and asks you to confirm any product it picks for the first time. If a store asks which account you're shopping as, it picks the one saved in RoleCall for that store. It never removes anything you already had in a cart, and "Fill carts" never checks out. The switch "Fill my carts when RoleCall asks" (off unless you turn it on) lets it check with RoleCall every 2 minutes while Chrome is open. AUTOPILOT (OFF UNLESS THE OWNER TURNS IT ON) In RoleCall, the business's owner can turn on Autopilot after reading and accepting its terms: - Take MDML's sure product picks without asking (unsure ones still ask). - Move on through a filing website's pages without asking at each step (it still never presses a final Submit, a terms box or a sign-in). - For a store the owner sets to "Place the order" (each store is "Add to cart only" unless changed): after three practice runs where it stops at the button, it presses that store's own Place order, once, using the payment method and address already saved at the store. Before that, RoleCall checks the cart against the plan, your usual prices and your spending limits per order and per week; a price jump or a limit stops it and the cart is left for you. It never types a card number, security code or password, and never gets past a robot, age or identity check. Every placed order is recorded in RoleCall and you're told. RECEIPTS "Get receipts now" opens your order history at each store you buy from in your own signed-in Chrome, reads each new receipt or invoice, and files it in RoleCall, which checks it against the cart and your usual prices ("Kale was $4.29, usually $3.49"). Supplier statements (PDFs on the supplier's own site) are filed too. It only reads: it never presses Buy again, Return, Cancel or Pay, never opens your payment methods, and never works on bank or card sites. The switch "Collect my receipts every night" (off unless you turn it on) runs it once a day while Chrome is open. PRODUCT FINDER On RoleCall's Product finder page ("Is this worth selling?"), MDML Connect can search marketplaces and shopping sites RoleCall can't reach on its own (or a site you add) in your own Chrome, and read the results so RoleCall can tell you what the product sells for. Each site is asked for once; it reads only the search page you started, never types, presses, messages a seller or signs in, and what it reads goes only to your RoleCall page in this browser. CONTENT STUDIO On your business's own Instagram profile (connected in RoleCall's Content Studio), press "Read this grid": it reads the post cards that are showing (each post's link, picture and position) so Content Studio knows what you've already posted. It never posts, likes, follows or reads messages. CONNECT YOUR DOMAIN If your MDML website's domain is at one of the domain providers your MDML dashboard lists, MDML Connect adds the two website records there for you: press "Connect for me" on your MDML dashboard, sign in to your provider in the tab that opens, check the list of changes (with the old values) and press Apply. It changes only an A record for your bare domain (76.76.21.21) and a CNAME record for www (cname.vercel-dns.com), may remove an old record in the same place (each one is in the list you approve), and never touches email (MX), TXT records or nameservers. Connecting a domain makes no network calls at all. IT KEEPS YOU POSTED Some steps are only yours: signing in, a code a site texts you, approving changes, confirming a product, a terms box. When one comes up, MDML Connect says exactly what to do, points at it on the page, puts a "!" on its button and, if you're on another tab, sends one notification. Do it on the page; MDML Connect notices and carries on. Chrome's side panel ("Live status") shows what it's doing, what's next and what it has done. REPORT A PROBLEM Press "Report a problem" (or "Report this" next to any message where it stopped) and say what happened. MDML Connect takes a screenshot of the tab you're on only then, and shows it to you first: keep it, black out parts (Hide parts), or leave it out. Nothing is sent until you press Send report. PRIVACY - Installing it gives it access to no website. "Fill this page", "Report a problem" and "Read this grid" work only on the tab in front when you press the button. Every other site is asked for one at a time, only when you start a task there; take them back any time in Chrome's extension settings. - Talks only to MDML's own server (app.mdmltechnologies.com), plus the websites you use it on, in their own tabs. No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no code from the internet. -Sends MDML only what each task needs: a form's blank layout (never what's typed), the answers you type in its panel, a store's search results (title, size, price) to pick your product, your receipts as text with card numbers, emails and phone numbers taken out, your Instagram grid's post links, and what you write in a problem report. When a store's page isn't one it can read on its own, it sends a text outline of that page with your address, name, email, phone and card numbers taken out (no screenshot, not kept). - Never runs on sign-in pages or bank sites. Never reads passwords, security codes, Social Security, bank or card numbers, or cookies. Privacy policy: https://mdmltechnologies.com/privacy/mdml-connect Help: support@mdmltechnologies.com You need a RoleCall (MDML) account to use MDML Connect. It works in Chrome on a computer.
