QR Link Jumper
Overview
Automatically detect QR codes in web images and canvases. Open or copy web links with one click, or dismiss individual hints.
Open QR links on your computer without reaching for your phone or saving the image first. QR Link Jumper scans visible images and canvases on permitted web pages and displays Open, Copy and Dismiss controls beside QR codes containing web links. • Detect dynamically loaded images and canvases. • Open a link in a new tab by default, or choose the current tab. • Copy the complete URL with one click. • Dismiss a hint and restore it by rescanning or reloading. • Transparent, outward-spaced outlines leave QR patterns uncovered; the toolbar hides when there is insufficient vertical room. • Turn automatic scanning off or restrict site access using Chrome settings. • Hover over a QR code or its toolbar to bring its hint above other QR hints. • Use the interface in English or Simplified Chinese, based on your Chrome language. Decoding happens on your device. Cross-origin images may be fetched from their original hosts without login credentials. Preferences may sync through Chrome. No ads, analytics or developer-server uploads are included. See the privacy policy for details. Limitations: HTTP/HTTPS links only; one QR code per image/canvas. Chrome internal pages, protected store pages, video frames, CSS backgrounds and some protected images are not supported. Recognizing a URL does not establish its safety.
