I love what it does. I just wish I could connect more reliably. Some days, the SF extension just refuses to connect. It makes it hard for me to really incorporate its use in my daily work because it's not always available. But when it works, it WORKS. I love it and want to RELY on it.

Great extension for data accuracy between the CRM and email activity.

It is very useful that we can tag the email. There is also an issue and need to reconnect constantly, and Gmail has slowed down noticeably. One suggestion, if an email is tagged any replies to that should also get tagged automatically. (Email Chain).

It works okay, but you have to click to reconnect to Salesforce incessantly. It should just reconnect every time the page is refreshed.

For my teams, this integration has been a lifesaver (mainly for them and their time.... but also for me for being able to provide a simple to use and effective way to classify and track events). Olease don't EOL this!!!!!

Simple to install & simple to use. It tracks activities and emails directly from gmail into Sales Force. This saves me time and allows team members to quickly see emails with clients when they need visibility into a situation. You can choose to not track an email as well. I highly recommend this integration and have shared it with my team to use too.

Saves me hours in meeting scheduling alone!
