DEEP Track

Capture articles, videos and learning notes in your teacher-owned DEEP Track Vault.

Keep the professional learning you discover while browsing. DEEP Track helps educators capture useful sources, add their own notes and organise everything in a personal professional-learning Vault. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Quick Save an article, video reference or podcast page. • Choose Save with notes to review the source and add your perspective. • Right-click a page or highlighted passage to save it. • Keep available article text, published transcripts or episode show notes alongside the original link. • See whether a capture reached your Vault or is waiting on your device to sync. • Review and organise saved learning in the DEEP Track website, then choose teacher-confirmed learning for your portfolio. SOURCE CAPTURE AND AI Captions and transcripts depend on availability. Saving a video or podcast does not guarantee a full transcript, and saving a reference is not proof of completed learning. Saved source text and notes may be processed by AI services to suggest draft summaries or tags. Review these yourself. Full reflection is not required. GET STARTED 1. Create a free account or sign in at track.deepeducationnetwork.com using the same Chrome profile. 2. Pin the extension and open an ordinary article page. 3. Click the extension icon to show the floating capture button. 4. Choose Quick Save or Save with notes, then open your Vault. The extension is free to install. An account is required. The free plan includes 5 captures per month and 3 AI assistance runs. Your reviewed portfolio PDF remains free to export. YOUR LEARNING, YOUR CHOICE Your learning record is private by default. You choose what to save and share. DEEP Track does not create a general browsing history or sell personal data.
