Overview
A private 60-second space to pause, name what you feel, and unload your thoughts in BM or English.
Jiwa Pause is a private 60-second emotional pause inside Chrome’s side panel. Name what you feel, read one short reflection prompt, and unload one thought without leaving the tab you’re on. What you get • Five feeling paths: Overthinking, Stress kerja / Work stress, Cemas / Anxious, Sunyi / Lonely, and Hati berat / Heavy heart • Deterministic prompts in Bahasa Melayu and English — no AI replies inside the extension • Optional private notes saved only when you press “Simpan di browser” / “Save in browser” • Latest 7 local check-ins, with delete-one and delete-all • BM-first UI with full English support • Optional “Luah lebih dengan Jiwa” / “Continue with Jiwa” links to Jiwacare (note text is never sent) Privacy • Notes stay in this browser (chrome.storage.local) unless you choose to open Jiwacare • Jiwa Pause does not read the pages you visit • Only two permissions: sidePanel and storage Safety Jiwa Pause is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency support. If you are in danger, contact a human crisis service now (e.g. Befrienders Malaysia).
