Jira → Trello / Zoho Projects
Overview
One-click duplicate the current Jira ticket into a Trello card or Zoho Projects task.
Stop retyping Jira tickets into Trello or Zoho Projects. Jira Duplicator reads the ticket you're currently viewing and recreates it — title, description, comments, attachments, status, assignee, reporter, and priority — as a Trello card or a Zoho Projects task, in one click. WHAT IT COPIES • Title, description (rich text, not raw markdown), and a link back to the original Jira ticket • Comments, sorted in their original order, each labeled with the original Jira author and timestamp • Real file attachments — uploaded as native Trello/Zoho files, not just links • Inline screenshots — rewritten so they render inside the description and comments instead of showing as broken placeholders • Status, assignee, reporter, and priority (priority can auto-apply a colored Trello label) STAYS IN SYNC Reopening a Jira ticket you've already duplicated opens its linked Trello card or Zoho task instead of creating a duplicate. An optional background sync checks linked tickets on an interval you choose and automatically moves the Trello card or updates the Zoho task status when the Jira status changes — with a desktop notification when it happens. WORKS THE WAY YOUR TEAM IS SET UP • Route different Jira projects to different Trello boards or Zoho project/task-list pairs, scoped per Jira site so two clients with the same project key never collide • Map Jira statuses to Trello lists or Zoho statuses, and archive cards automatically on terminal statuses • Supports Jira Cloud and self-hosted Jira (Data Center) domains • Supports every Zoho Projects data center (US, EU, India, Australia, Japan, Canada, Saudi Arabia, China) BUILT FOR PRIVACY Everything runs locally in your browser. Your Jira ticket content goes only to the destination you choose — Trello or Zoho Projects. Credentials and tokens are stored in chrome.storage.local on your machine. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no intermediary server operated by the developer — see the full privacy policy linked on this listing. GETTING STARTED Install the extension, and a short setup guide walks you through choosing Trello and/or Zoho Projects and connecting your account. After that, open any Jira ticket and click the extension icon to duplicate it. Trello setup takes under a minute (a free API key + token from Trello's own Power-Up admin page). Zoho Projects uses a Zoho OAuth Self Client, with step-by-step instructions built into the Settings page. Free and open. If it saves you time, an optional donation link in Settings supports continued development — never required, and easy to hide.
