)Overview
Start and replay Toggl work from Jira with today's entries, flexible controls, and optional Work Log sync.
Jira → Toggl Quick Start makes time tracking faster and more consistent by connecting your Jira workflow directly to Toggl Track. When working on a Jira issue, the extension detects the issue key and summary and lets you start a Toggl timer with a single click. By default, time entries are created using the format `[ISSUE-KEY] Issue summary`, helping teams keep their Toggl records organized and easy to match with Jira work. The timer description can be customized using Jira information such as project, issue type, status, assignee, priority, labels, and components. You can also start a timer manually from the extension popup when your work is not associated with a Jira issue. Features include: * Start and stop Toggl Track timers directly from Jira. * Start manual timers from the Chrome toolbar. * Configurable Jira site. * Customizable timer description templates. * Billable or non-billable time entries. * Optional Toggl workspace and project configuration. * Automatic switching from the currently running timer. * Direct access to the Toggl API token configuration page. * Local storage of configuration and credentials. * No analytics, advertising, or developer-operated backend. Setup is simple: enter your Jira site URL, add your Toggl Track API token, choose your preferences, and start tracking time. Jira → Toggl Quick Start is an independent open-source project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Atlassian or Toggl.
