Trcker is a lightweight time-tracking companion for Jira Cloud. This extension pairs with the Trcker desktop app (macOS, Windows, Linux) to give you one-click time tracking right from any Jira issue page — no more switching windows to log work. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT IT DOES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Adds a Start / Stop / Switch button to the breadcrumb on every Jira issue. Click once to start a timer; click again to stop and post a worklog to Jira. • Detects every Jira tab you have open and reports the visible issue keys to the desktop app, so the tray menu always knows what you're working on. • Lets the desktop app pick up the active issue automatically — switching Jira tabs surfaces the right ticket in the tray without you typing anything. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ REQUIREMENTS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The Trcker desktop app must be installed and running. The extension does nothing on its own — it is purely a bridge between your browser and the local desktop app.
