TicketPad (a.k.a J Search) – Jira Companion Extension TicketPad streamlines your Jira workflow with a context‑menu launchpad and an integrated Side Panel. Context Menu: Quickly access Jira actions directly from any page. Side Panel: Open the Search tab to find tickets instantly; switch to Notes for instant documentation. The Notes feature lets you prep meetings by creating personal, real‑time notes. Record action items, contacts, and any extra details that don’t fit in a ticket description. Use the color‑coding tool to tag notes by urgency, priority, or custom criteria, giving you a visual map of meeting outcomes. By mastering TicketPad’s search, notes, and context menu, you’ll reduce clicks, keep information organized, and finish meetings with clear next steps.
