Jira Ticket Collector
Overview
Collect an authorized internal Jira ticket for tagging analysis in flowimax.
Jira Ticket Collector works with the internal RAG Project MX Ticket Analyzer. When an authorized user starts an analysis, the extension collects the selected internal Jira ticket and sends the required context to RAG Project for tagging classification and implementation-guide retrieval. Features: • Collect the currently selected internal Jira ticket. • Read the ticket key, summary, project, type, status, priority, labels, components, description, relevant fields, comments and metadata required for analysis. • Detect VPN and Jira sign-in problems. • Return a clear classification and report-ready reason in RAG Project. • Retrieve relevant implementation guides for tickets that require tagging. • Sanitize exported content before it is sent for analysis. • Never read or store Jira passwords, cookies or authentication tokens. The extension only works with authorized users, the company Jira environment and the RAG Project MX Ticket Analyzer. It does not run on unrelated websites or collect general browsing activity. When the user selects Analyze, ticket content is transferred securely to the authenticated RAG Project service and may be processed by the configured Gemini provider for the same ticket-analysis purpose. The extension does not sell user data, use data for advertising or share data with unrelated third parties.
