Jira SLA Analyser turns Jira bug data into a clear, local SLA overview. Connect a Jira project, map its fields and workflow, and define the resolution targets that apply to your organisation. Key features: - Configurable Jira project, issue type and custom JQL - Guided setup for fields, statuses, environments and SLA rules - Priority-based or severity-and-priority SLA assessment - Reporting for met, missed, overdue and open targets - Filters for date, priority, severity and environment - Monthly SLA results and rolling three-month compliance - Settings and the latest Jira snapshot stored locally in Chrome The extension accesses Jira only after you configure a Jira site and grant access to that host. It does not include advertising or analytics.
