How it Works: Simply click the Jira Jumper icon, paste or type a Jira ticket key (like PROJECT-123), and hit "Jump to" – you'll be taken straight to the corresponding ticket page. Configuration: Required Setting: To get started, you must configure your base Jira URL path in the extension's options page (e.g., https://yourcompany.atlassian.net/browse/). Jira Jumper needs this path to construct the correct ticket links. Optional Convenience: You can also set a "Default Project Name" (e.g., PROJECT) in the options. If you set this, you gain the ability to enter only the numeric part of a ticket number (e.g., 123) into the extension popup. Jira Jumper will automatically combine it with your default project name to open the correct ticket (PROJECT-123).
