Overview

A lightweight extension designed to make the 'Issue Navigator' view in Jira significantly cleaner and easier to scan.

Reclaim your screen real estate and tidy up your Jira backlog. The Jira Card Compactor is a lightweight, CSS-based extension designed to make the "Issue Navigator" and board views in Atlassian Jira significantly cleaner and easier to scan. What it does: Prevents Text Wrapping: Forces issue summaries to stay on a single line ending in an ellipsis (...) rather than taking up vertical space. Hides Avatars: Removes the assignee avatar/icon from the card to reduce visual clutter. Increases Density: Allows you to see more tickets on your screen at once without scrolling. Privacy & Performance: This extension uses pure CSS injection. It does not read, store, or transmit any of your ticket data. It simply styles the existing page for a better viewing experience. Note: This extension is not affiliated with Atlassian or Jira.
