Analyze a Jira Cloud project's configuration and export a Word/PDF report: shared schemes, workflows, non-standard rules. Detailed description Config Analyzer for Jira Cloud turns a Jira Cloud project's settings into a ready-to-share audit document — in one click, straight from the settings page. Built for Atlassian admins and consultants who need to capture a project's configuration or prepare a migration, it surfaces what Jira's UI hides: which schemes are shared with other projects (and which ones), so you know the impact of any change up front. What it does: Scheme summary (permissions, notifications, issue types, screens, security, workflow) with, for each, whether it is shared and with which projects. Workflow analysis: per transition, the count of conditions, validators and post-functions, highlighting non-native rules (ScriptRunner and other apps), with transition name and ID. Project role members, separating system/app accounts from real users. Word and PDF export, with customizable header/footer (logo and company name). Privacy & security: Everything runs in your browser. The extension reads configuration through Jira's APIs using your existing session; none of your Jira data is sent to any external server. No personal data collection, no tracking. Free plan: 1 project analysis per day. Requires an account with administration (or project admin) rights on the instance, as several configuration endpoints require them.
