Shop Again?
Overview
Your own notes on web shops you have bought from, shown when you come back.
Shop Again? remembers your own experiences with web shops, so the shop that disappointed you last year does not get a second chance by accident, and the one that delivered the next day is easy to find again. How it works Had an order go well or badly? Click the toolbar button while you are on the shop's site and note how it went: good or bad, what happened (slow delivery, wrong stock status, poor customer service, difficult return, item not as described, unexpected fees, or the good counterparts), a note in your own words if you like, and the date. The next time you open that shop, a banner at the top of the page reminds you. A warning stays until you close it or scroll past. Good news gets out of the way by itself. After the first time in a browser session the banner is a thin line with a small tab that brings it back. The toolbar button shows the verdict as a badge. A bad experience often shows days after the order, so you can also add a shop later: by its address on the overview page, or from the right-click menu on a link to it. The overview page lists every shop with search and a filter, and holds the settings, export and import. Your notes stay yours No account, no server, no data collection. Notes live in your browser's sync storage, which follows the browser account you are already signed in to. Export and import as a JSON file, for backup or to move between browsers. The extension asks for no site access when installed. Saving a note asks for access to that one shop, which is what lets the banner appear there. Prefer another way? The settings let you give access to every site once, or never. Either way the banner only ever runs on shops you have notes on. Shop Again? is in English and Danish.
