(Will consider updating review when issue is resolved). In short there is no support. Not even an ability to ask a question pre-purchase. Even clicking on the support link on this page takes one to their website....which has no support options whatsover. Even finding the one and only email buried deep on the Terms and Conditions page results in an email bouncing back. "Just give it a go with a free trial" I hear you say. There isn't one.
