藉由電子簽章法的通過，網路上的身分識別與商業交易行為，可以仰賴電子文件與數位簽章來確立其權利與義務。但憑證IC卡數位簽/驗章與加/解密機制是一個很複雜的API呼叫過程，為了簡化這些過程，展信資訊-多憑證驗證安控模組SmartPKI (http://www.zhaninfo.com)，提供了MOICA自然人憑證、MOEACA工商憑證、GCA機關憑證、XCA組織及團體憑證，HCA醫事憑證...等簡易的憑證IC卡操作服務。
