SeedListener

Works through your team's approved replies from SeedListener, one at a time, in your own browser.

SeedListener is BusySeed's internal tool for community engagement. The SeedListener dashboard finds conversations that matter to a client and drafts a reply. A person on the team reads it, edits it if needed, and approves it. This extension is the last step: it works through those approved replies from the team member's own browser, under their own signed in account. How it works • Open the SeedListener side panel and pick a reply from the queue. • Press Start. It opens the conversation, checks that the right account is signed in, and enters the exact approved text. • It confirms the reply is there, then records the result in SeedListener. Built to be careful • It never decides what to say. Only replies a person approved reach it. • It stops if the signed in account is not the one the reply was approved for. • It stops on the first problem and never retries on its own, so nothing goes out twice. • Daily limits, spacing and community rules are checked by the SeedListener server before a reply ever reaches the extension. For BusySeed team members only. It needs a SeedListener access token, issued from the dashboard.
