Local tokenisation and on-device receipts for LLM requests. Zero payload egress.

CloakAPI tokenises sensitive content in your browser before a prompt reaches LLM chat sites (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok). • Detected personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, IDs and more) is replaced with reversible on-device tokens before anything leaves your browser. • Optional "Check before sending" panel lets you review, reveal or cloak specific fields before each message. • Attached images are converted to text on-device (OCR, 120+ languages) so raw image bytes are not forwarded. • On-device receipts show what was cloaked on each tab. Requires a CloakAPI account and API key: https://app.cloakapi.io/ CloakAPI charges its own privacy fee, priced by reference to the equivalent API token cost of the model you use.
