FontiaPDF is an online PDF editor that lets you change the text in a document while keeping its original font. Click the text you want to change, edit it and download the result from your browser, with nothing to install and no account. What the extension adds • Right-click a link to a PDF, or a tab that's showing a PDF, and choose "Edit this PDF in FontiaPDF": the PDF opens straight in the editor, with no need to download it and upload it again. • A toolbar button that opens the editor, or the PDF in your current tab. What the editor does • Reuses the document's embedded font when it has every letter you type; otherwise it picks the closest match and tells you. • Free plan: 20 exports a day, no signup and no watermark. • Find and replace, form filling, signatures, images, OCR for scanned PDFs, and local tools to merge, split or number pages. Privacy • The extension asks for access to a site only when you choose to open a PDF from it, and only for that site and fontiapdf.com. It downloads that one file in your browser and hands it to the editor tab it opened; the extension doesn't send it to our servers. • In the editor, your PDF stays in your browser until you download it, compress it, extract pages or edit its images. Then it's processed in memory on our server and discarded, never written to disk. • The extension injects nothing into other websites and collects no data.
