Overview
Fills job application forms from the packages you prepared in Execli, then stops so you review and press Submit yourself.
Execli Auto-Apply fills job application forms from the application packages you have already prepared in your Execli account — and then stops, so you review the page and press the employer's own Submit button yourself. The extension never submits an application. How it works 1. Build a package in Execli: tailored résumé, cover letter, and your answers to the questions employers ask. 2. Open the job's application page. On recognized ATS sites the Execli side panel opens the posting you have a package for. On any other employer site or company careers pages, open the side panel from the toolbar icon. 3. Press Fill. The extension fills every field it can from your package: contact details, work authorisation, multi-page flows, date pickers, dropdowns, typeaheads, and your résumé through the form's own file picker. 4. Whatever it could not answer, it asks you in the side panel — a dropdown shows the page's own choices, so the answer always matches. You can draft a longer answer with AI from your own profile and résumé, then edit it before it goes on the page. 5. When the page is filled, you check it and press Submit. Then tell the panel "I submitted this application" and your Execli tracker records it. Batch: from your Execli account you can send up to ten prepared applications to the extension at once. It opens each posting in a new tab, fills it, and waits for you on every page it could not finish. Scan first: "Scan this page" reads a form and reports what Execli would fill, what it would ask you, and what the page already holds — without filling anything — and lets you answer the open questions from there. Email Sync (optional, off until you turn it on): when you open a job-related email in Gmail, the extension reads that one conversation and sends it to your own Execli account, which proposes a tracker update (interview scheduled, rejected, offer) for you to approve or dismiss. Nothing changes without your approval; turn it off any time in the side panel. Privacy and control • Your data goes only to your own Execli account. AI drafting and email classification are performed by our AI provider under contract and are not used to train models. • The extension reads a page's form only when you press Fill or Scan on it, or when a batch you started opens it. • Revoke the extension's access at any time from execli.ai → Settings → Connected devices, or remove it from Chrome.
