questions about access by email

I would like to buy this but I am unsure which email address I should use.
I want to use it while logged into my work address but since I am paying for it myself I would like to keep if it I ever move jobs. -can I still use it if I buy it with my personal email address but am primarily logged into my work email?
Also now that I am thinking about it. have you thought about having a company version ? I bet my company would buy it for its 4-6 developers and even our designers if they could get a discount and one of us could try the pro version

One issue, I think, Screen Ruler has? Black menu bar dark button at the bottom of screen

I have bought PRO version. One issue, I think, Screen Ruler has? Black menu bar dark button at the bottom of screen hides some valuable measurement information that appears under bottom of measurement lines. It’s not comfortable. Can I shift bar to the side to sea measurements at the bottom of screen to see hidden elements? Valerijus
