JevtabAI – Tab Organizer
Overview
Organize saved tabs into project Spaces with AI. Set your sorting rules, review suggestions, and reopen links when needed.
Too many tabs to sort by hand? JevtabAI helps you organize saved tabs into project Spaces with Jev AI. Describe what belongs in each Space, get suggestions for a batch of saved tabs, and review the results before applying them. YOUR PROJECTS. YOUR SORTING RULES. Keep research, work, learning and reading in separate Spaces. Write a short description of what belongs in each. AI uses saved tab titles, domains, and your Space names and criteria to suggest where links should go. AI SUGGESTS. YOU DECIDE. Check suggestions, change destinations, and apply the ones you want. Low-confidence and unmatched tabs stay in Inbox unless you choose otherwise. AI does not move tabs automatically or read the full contents of your webpages. SAVE NOW. ORGANIZE LATER. Save eligible tabs from your current window into Inbox. Their links are saved before the tabs close, and each batch is organized by time. Pinned tabs stay open. RETURN TO YOUR PROJECTS. Reopen an individual Inbox entry, selected links, or a whole batch in your current window. Open an entire Space in a new window when you want to focus on a project. Space links remain saved after opening. SEARCH AND BACK UP. Search saved lists, export a JSON backup, and import it later. No account is required. Saved tabs and Spaces are stored in your Chrome profile, with no built-in cloud synchronization. Manual saving and organization work without AI. AI TRIAL AND ACCESS Your installation includes 10 free AI results saved locally, with up to 50 tabs per free request. A valid result uses one run when it is saved for review, even if you do not apply it or all tabs remain in Inbox. After the trial, add your own Jev API key; usage is billed to your provider account. Failed requests without a saved result use no local free run, but may still have reached Jev. Retrying starts a new request. DATA AND PRIVACY AI is optional and runs only when you request it. Selected tab identifiers, titles and domains, plus the identifiers, names and classification criteria of your existing Spaces, are sent for grouping. Free requests pass through our Cloudflare-hosted relay to TypeSafe’s Jev service; your own key connects directly to TypeSafe. The saved page URL is excluded as a separate field, and page bodies are not read for grouping. Detected links in titles and Space text are reduced to domains; other text is sent as written and may contain private information. See the privacy policy for provider processing and retention details. IMPORTANT DETAILS • Save & close tabs works on the current ordinary window. Pinned tabs, private windows, internal Chrome pages and unsupported links are excluded. Playing pages are included. • Saved items contain links and titles, not unsaved forms, editor drafts or exact page state. Save unfinished work before closing tabs. • Successfully restored Inbox entries are removed from Inbox. Opening links from a Space keeps them saved. • Keep an exported backup if you want a copy outside your Chrome profile.
