Jetstack AI Chrome Extension for HubSpot

Jetstack AI is a HubSpot asset management tool that runs in Chrome's side panel, giving you visibility and control over your HubSpot portal without leaving your browser. It sits alongside your HubSpot workspace and handles the work HubSpot's own UI makes slow or impossible: moving assets between portals, auditing configuration, and reaching the parts of HubSpot that only a signed-in browser session can see. WHAT IT DOES Jetstack AI helps HubSpot administrators, developers and RevOps teams move assets between portals, audit portal configuration, package reusable setups as templates, and monitor every long-running job — all from one panel docked next to HubSpot. Many of the asset types teams care about most — dashboards, custom reports, sequences, playbooks, snippets, permission sets — are not fully reachable through HubSpot's public API. Jetstack AI reaches them through your own signed-in session, so they can be inspected, copied and deployed like any other asset. KEY FEATURES BROWSE ASSETS Inspect assets directly from the HubSpot portal in your active tab: Dashboards, Reports, Snippets, Goal Templates, Lead Scores, CRM Cards, Preview Views, Playbooks, Task Queues, Deal Tags, Sales Templates and Sequences. Search, filter and drill into full asset detail without navigating away from HubSpot. IMPORT ASSETS Select any combination of assets from the current portal and import them into Jetstack AI for storage and later deployment. Multi-select spans every asset type in a single import, and your selections persist as you move between types. Permission Sets can be imported alongside the twelve browsable types. Real-time tracking shows progress per asset, with automatic dependency discovery and resolution so an imported asset arrives with what it depends on. DEPLOY ASSETS Deploy previously imported assets into a different HubSpot portal with intelligent mapping. A step-by-step wizard — Select, Configure Mapping, Review, Deploy — handles object, owner and property mapping between the source and target portals. Filter and sort by portal, name or date, and watch per-asset deployment status as it runs. TEMPLATES Save a proven portal setup as a reusable template and deploy it into any portal you have access to. Templates are searchable, show exactly which asset types and how many of each they contain, and hand off directly into the deploy wizard. Templates can span both browser-only assets and standard CRM and CMS assets: workflows, lists, forms, emails, pipelines, properties, pages, templates, modules, blog posts and HubDB tables. PORTAL AUDIT Run a comprehensive audit of the portal in your active tab to surface configuration issues and optimisation opportunities. Choose a pre-built audit template, then watch real-time capture with block-by-block progress. Results are processed in the background and published to your Jetstack AI dashboard, including premium audit data points that are only obtainable from a live browser session. PROJECTS WORK QUEUE When Projects is enabled for your organisation, the panel becomes the browser-side executor for it. Two kinds of work appear here: • Portal reads — the thirteen HubSpot areas that no public API exposes are read through your session so the rest of the platform can plan against a complete picture of the portal. Progress is reported area by area. • Release delivery — for changes your team has already reviewed and authorised in the Jetstack AI web app, this panel performs the browser-side deployment and reports each asset as Queued, Deploying, Deployed, Checking, Verified or Failed, with HubSpot's own rejection message shown inline when something is refused. Planning, review and authorisation stay in the web app. This panel only executes work that has already been approved there. TASK MANAGEMENT Monitor every import, deploy and audit job in one place. Filter by status and type across a paginated, searchable list. Each task opens into a detail view with progress bars, per-asset breakdowns, error reporting and live status updates. BUILT FOR REAL PORTALS Works with any HubSpot hublet. Requests are automatically routed to the correct regional API host (na1, na2, eu1 and others), so portals outside the default region work without configuration. Respects HubSpot's rate limits. Requests are paced and backed off automatically rather than hammering your portal. Long jobs are resumable. Work is leased rather than held in memory, so closing the panel, switching tabs or restarting your machine is a safe pause — reopening picks up where it stopped and retries only what actually failed. Safe with multiple tabs. Concurrent panels will not claim or duplicate each other's work. Honest about what it read. An area that could not be read is reported as unread, never as an empty result. A limited HubSpot seat degrades individual asset types instead of failing the whole job. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in to the Jetstack AI dashboard at app.jetstack.ai in the same Chrome profile. 2. Open a HubSpot portal in another tab. 3. Click the Jetstack AI icon to open the side panel. 4. The extension authenticates automatically from your Jetstack AI session — there is nothing to configure. 5. Start browsing, importing, deploying, auditing or clearing Project work. The extension talks to HubSpot using your existing browser session. There are no API keys and no OAuth apps to install in the portal. HubSpot requests are proxied through the extension's service worker using your active session cookies and CSRF token, which is also why it can reach asset types the public API does not expose. The panel follows your active tab. Portal-scoped screens stay locked unless a HubSpot tab is in front, and every request is bound to the portal that tab is signed into — so work queued for one portal can never execute against another. The panel will tell you if your current plan does not include it. • An active, signed-in HubSpot portal session in the same Chrome profile. • Chrome 116 or later, for the Side Panel API. • Your own HubSpot permissions apply. The extension can only see and change what your HubSpot seat can see and change. PERMISSIONS, AND WHY EACH IS NEEDED • storage — caches your Jetstack AI session token locally so you are not asked to sign in repeatedly. It expires automatically. • sidePanel — renders the panel itself. • tabs — detects which HubSpot portal your active tab is signed into, so work is always bound to the right portal. • scripting — reads your Jetstack AI session from your signed-in dashboard tab. • cookies — attaches your existing HubSpot session to API calls. Cookies are read, never written or modified. • Access to hubspot.com and hubspotusercontent.com — reads and writes portal data and file assets on your behalf. • Access to app.jetstack.ai and eapp.jetstack.ai — the Jetstack AI application and the panel's own interface. PRIVACY & SECURITY No personal data is collected, stored, or sold. Authentication tokens are cached locally in Chrome storage and expire automatically. HubSpot cookies are read (never modified) solely for API authentication. All data flows between your browser, HubSpot, and the Jetstack AI backend — nowhere else.
