Overview

Turns prices into hours of your work. $149 becomes 7.5 hours of your life. Suddenly the cart gets lighter.

your brain knows $149 is money. it does not know $149 is a full day of your life at a desk. this extension fixes that. worth it? sits quietly on shop pages and puts a small green pill next to every price, showing what it really costs: hours of your work. how it works - set your hourly rate or yearly salary once. pick your currency, any of 48. - browse like normal. every price grows a pill like "≈ 3.8h" or "≈ 2 workdays". - hover the pill for a little attitude. three levels: gentle, cheeky, brutal. it is smart about the messy stuff - sale prices: the pill lands on what you actually pay, not the crossed out theater - subscriptions: "$9.99/month" shows "≈ 1.9h /mo" so you know it bites every month - foreign currencies: auto detected on the page and converted with daily rates - filters, ranges, coupons, "up to 70% off" banners: ignored, as they should be - it only wakes up on shopping pages. your dashboards, docs and news stay clean privacy, the short version your salary never leaves this browser. pinky promise. settings live on your device. the only network request is a public exchange rate table. no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, nothing. there is also an after tax mode, because your gross salary is a lie your take home pay knows the truth about. buy the thing if it is worth the hours. that is the whole idea.
