Can I send links to Telegram bot from my phone and see it in the log in Chrome?

I want to send links from my phone to the same bot that Send To Telegram uses for sending links, and see them in the log in Chrome and open them there.

Is there any way to do that?

Click extension icon to send webpage link

Is there no way to send the webpage to the bot this extension created, simply by clicking on the chrome extension icon?

Example:
I am watching a youtube video on my PC using the Chrome browser.
I want to share this video to my phone whic has telegram installed.
I click on the Send to Telegram extension icon on my PC chrome browser.
It instantly sends it to my phone's Telegram app.

Does this make sense?

Right now I can select text on a webpage and send it by right clicking the highlighted text and choosing the Send to to Telegram option on the context menu.
I can send any hyperlink or a link to a video on the youtube page from the recommended list of videos but not the actual video itself that I am watching right now.

Please advise.
