Flow Exporter for Zoho Flow

)Overview
Export a Zoho Flow workflow — steps, field mappings and custom function code — to one JSON file. Nothing leaves your browser.
Zoho Flow has no way to export a flow. If you want a backup, a diff between two versions, a record of what a workflow actually does, or something an AI can read and explain, you are left screenshotting the canvas. This extension adds the missing button. Open any flow, click Export, and you get a single JSON file describing the whole thing. WHAT YOU GET • Every step with its type, title, settings and field mappings • The graph: which step leads to which, including each branch of a Decision and its condition in readable form • The Deluge source of every custom function the flow calls — Zoho stores those separately from the flow, so a plain look at the canvas never shows them • Connections the flow uses, its version history, run and failure counts • Data dependencies: for every step, the ${placeholders} it reads, so you can see which step feeds which • A warnings list naming anything that could not be read cleanly — unconnected branches, unsaved draft changes, step types the exporter does not know yet BUILT FOR READING, BY A PERSON OR A MODEL Zoho answers with its own internal shape: repeated field schemas, wires and module indices. The export turns that into something you can follow — steps in order, each branch next to the condition that selects it, and the ${placeholders} each step reads, so the data dependencies are visible rather than implied. Field schemas are collapsed to name and type; the function code Zoho leaves out is added in. It is a readable description, not a compressed one: a 46-step flow lands at roughly 800 KB, indented. Tick "Raw API responses" if you also want Zoho's untouched replies kept alongside as an archive — that roughly triples it. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR BROWSER No servers, no analytics, no accounts. The extension calls Zoho Flow's own endpoints from the tab you already have open, using the session you are already signed in with, and writes the result straight to your downloads folder. It only ever reads — it cannot change or delete anything in your flows. BEFORE YOU SHARE THE FILE The export contains whatever is in your flow's configuration. That includes webhook URLs and headers, and the body of your custom functions. If any of those hold an API key or token in plain text, it will be in the file too — exactly as it appears in the Zoho Flow builder. Treat an export the way you would treat the flow itself. WORKS EVERYWHERE ZOHO FLOW DOES All data centres: .com, .eu, .in, .com.au, .jp, .ca, .sa, .uk KNOWN LIMITS • Exports the flow's current configuration; picking an older version is not supported • One flow at a time • Zoho can change their internals without notice. If an export starts failing, the error message says which part broke, and there is a diagnostics button that produces a report you can send me.
