Compare LinkedIn Recruiter profiles against your role criteria.

JEFF helps recruiters at recruitment agencies decide faster which candidate profiles in LinkedIn Recruiter need a closer look. You describe the role with up to 10 criteria, such as "has at least 5 years of experience" or "has worked in recruitment operations". You can assign each criterion a weight and mark it as required. JEFF then checks each profile on the current Recruiter results page against those criteria and shows: • an indicative score per profile, with how much of it is based on actual evidence ("information coverage") • per criterion: supported, partly supported, contradicted or unknown, with the model's confidence • the source text that was assessed, so you can check the reasoning yourself Results appear in the Chrome side panel and, if you want, as a colour and an expandable score note on the Recruiter result cards. Profiles that meet your threshold and every required criterion are shown in light green. Profiles that don't are greyed out, never hidden. Unknown information is treated as unknown, not as a negative. How it works JEFF runs in the Chrome side panel next to LinkedIn Recruiter. • It reads the up to 25 profiles on the results page you are viewing, from data your browser has already loaded. It does not open profiles, go to other pages, or send extra requests to LinkedIn. • The professional parts of each profile (headline, summary, experience, education, skills) are sent to the JEFF service for scoring. JEFF does not add names or profile links to the scoring request, and the service does not store profile text, criteria, or results. You can check and edit the text before it is scored. • Saved searches, notes and results stay in your own browser. • Criteria about age, gender, ethnicity, religion, health, nationality and other protected characteristics are refused. Requirements • A JEFF account. Your recruitment agency's administrator invites you. JEFF does not offer public sign-up. • A LinkedIn Recruiter seat. • Chrome 116 or later. JEFF is decision support.
