ChatDaddy Channel Migrator
Overview
Move your contacts, tags and assignees from an old WhatsApp (QR) channel to WABA / Coexistence in ChatDaddy in one click.
Upgrading from WhatsApp Web (QR) to the official WhatsApp Business API or Coexistence in ChatDaddy? Keep your CRM. ChatDaddy Channel Migrator copies everything you have built on your old channel to your new one: • Contacts and names • Tags and custom-field values • Assignees (which teammate owns each chat) How it works 1. Log in to ChatDaddy as usual. 2. Open the migrator, pick your old channel and your new channel. 3. Scan to see exactly what will move, then click Migrate. 4. The migrator re-checks a sample on the new channel and confirms everything landed. You don't need to wait for WhatsApp to finish syncing your chats. Contacts are created on the new channel with their tags and assignee already in place. Safe by design • Runs only in your own browser, using your existing ChatDaddy login. • Talks only to ChatDaddy. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere else. • Only adds. Existing tags on the new channel are never removed, so it is safe to run again. Not included: message history (WhatsApp syncs it to Coexistence on its own), notes, and groups.
